Passport Replacement Service

Following the successful fulfillment of your order, CIBT will register you as a subscriber of the Passport Replacement Service. This service is available to UK passport holders only. CIBT will replace one (1) valid lost, stolen, or damaged passport that was covered under this program. Verification of coverage is required using your ORDER or INVOICE number. Once traveller has notified CIBT of a claim and upon CIBT's receipt of traveller's completed UK Passport Agency form(s), CIBT will secure the fastest speed possible for traveller's passport based on Government Regulations and date of departure. Travellers will only pay for passport photos. Traveller acknowledges that passport replacement and timing is at the discretion of the Passport Office. Coverage does not include replacement of a) expired passports or b) valid travel visas. CIBT recommends that you always have a photocopy of your passport in your luggage. This can be helpful if your passport is lost while you are in a foreign country.

  2. Call CIBT at 0844 800 4650 to be advised on how to submit your documents to CIBT for processing
  3. Submit all completed new passport paperwork together with your ORDER or INVOICE reference number
